For Health and Nutrition, Kabacan has 21 Barangay Health Stations, a Rural Health Unit and a Government Hospital. There are also nine (9) Private hospitals and clinics, one skin care clinic and Ten (10) drug stores that provide medical needs and requirements.
In terms of facilities that would ensure the stability and control of peace and order, Kabacan has one (1) PNP Station and various CAFGU detachments and CVO posts installed in different barangays. There is also one (1) Reformatory Institution (BJMP) and a Bureau of Fire Protection Liaison Office which help combat illegal drugs.
Kabacan has two gymnasia for cultural and sports activities, for the provision of safe drinking water, the Kabacan Water District is the service provider while the Cotabato Electric Cooperative ensures the regular supply of power and electricity. For Communication facilties, Telof-DOTC is presently serving the Municipality of kabacan as a public telephone carrier. Private freight companies including JRS, LBC, Western Union, MLhuiller Express Padala and Metrophone are also serving Kabacan. Two (2) Post offices are located in the Municipality of Kabacan as well as one (1) Cable TV Station (Northwest Cable TV Network), a Radio Station (DXVL FM), and Globe, Smart and Sun Cellular and the Radio Network Group (Mike Kilo Base) are communication facilities found in Kabacan.
The Municipality’s total road kilometerage is classified into the following: (a) 13.14% concrete, (b) 2.01% asphalted, 56.91 gravelled, and (c) 27.94% earth-filled. Under the SZOPAD Mindanao Program, the “TULAY NG PANGULO” implemented three (3) concrete bridges along the National Highway and nine (9) steel bridges in seven (7) Barangays.
